“CDMA” and “Nokia” are two words that still don’t feel like they belong in the same sentence, but the trickle of CDMA products keeps flowing out of Espoo, so we guess we’re going to have to start readjusting our attitude at some point. The latest handset is the lowly 1508 candybar, lacking the style exhibited by the 1606 and 3606 flips but getting by with an integrated FM radio, speakerphone, and storage for 500 contacts and 400 text messages — not a barn burner by any stretch of the imagination, but hey, it fills a niche. It’ll ship in the third quarter to “select” CDMA markets.
