The MiniOne is a GSM+EDGE+WCDMA cellphone using Windows CE 6 and equipped with an ARM11 533MHZ (SamSung) processor sporting 128MB of DDR SDRAM !
It features a TFT Touch Screen (16M colors) with a nice 720×480 resolution and 2 cameras (front 0.3Mpix/rear 3Mpix).
Other goodies include BlueTooth, Wifi, DMB Tuner, GPS, video output (last 2 in option), files such as Avi, Mpeg4 and Wmv can be played in 720×480. Last but not least the capacity goes from 4 ( to 16GB and the price from 190 (240) to 330€, that is from 260 (325) to 450$.

Designed by Mike Serafin, the Samsung SLIQ is a unique looking handset which offers an advanced touch interface with tactile feedback. The phone comes with an extra wide LCD, a 2MP camera, an integrated video player, a document viewer, MP3 playback, and an integrated memory card slot. Sadly, it is just a phone concept.

With the Opel GTC concept car, Opel is setting new standards in styling, dynamics and technology. Apart from its stunning looks and impressive performance, the coupé is equipped with the latest high-power LEDs from OSRAM Opto Semiconductors.These tiny light sources are so powerful that only a few are needed for all the exterior lighting. Parking lights and daylight running light on the Opel GTC concept car are provided by Golden DRAGON LEDs; two OSTAR LEDs are used in each headlight for the dipped beam, with three further OSTAR LEDs in each headlight providing the high beam. Each fog light is equipped with one OSTAR LED.

Fujitsu Limited today announced the addition of the U Series of ultra-mobile PCs to its FMV-LIFEBOOK line of notebook PCs. Intended for business users, the new U Series is the world’s smallest tablet-convertible weighing only 580g and with a thickness of only 26.5mm.
The new Fujitsu FMV-U8240 based on Intel Ultra Mobile Platform 2007 with an ultra-slim profile represents the next level in ubiquitous computing. The FMV-U8240 UMPC is available with the latest operating system from Microsoft, Windows Vista Business enabling users to employ the same PC environment when they are outside the office as when they are in the office. Its ultra-compact size makes it easy to carry around at all times, and with a maximum battery life of up to 8 hours users can catch up on e-mail, process documents, and do research whenever they need to, without being tied to a desk. The 5.6″ widescreen display and keyboard with a 14-mm key pitch and 1.3mm keystroke ensure user-friendliness.
The Fujitsu FMV-U8240 comes standard with a fingerprint sensor for robust, convenient personal authentication. Not only can the fingerprint stand in for a BIOS password, a single authentication can take care of the Windows login and application logins as well. Also included standard is Portshutter V2, which enables the PC’s USB port or recordable media drives to be disabled. With respect to the USB port, not only can it be disabled but it can be configured only to accept administrator-approved devices. The new FMV-U8240 series with Windows XP Professional will be available from mid-June and with Windows Vista Business by early July for approximately 164,000 Yen ($1,360).

The handset offers video capture and playback at 30fps, the ability to hold up to 32GB of memory thanks to microSDHC cards, 80MB of internal memory, HSDPA and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, and a QVGA 16 million color TFT display. The phone also comes with a pre-loaded copy of “The Bourne Identity†movie with each purchase. The Motorola Z8 will be released in Asia and Europe in June. Pricing is still in a mystery.
