Samsung’s “color jacket” phone with seven color options

We’ve been painstakingly waiting for some new concept in changeable faceplates and handset color schemes to come along since Nokia basically invented that market six or seven years ago swappable faceplates. Hey, if Apple can be successful with fruity-colored iMacs, why can’t cellphone manufacturers, right? Anyway, Samsung’s new ‘color jacket phone’ for its home-field Anycall brand of handsets in South Korea looks to have seven interchangeable covers to choose from. And, to get those adjective-based minds racing, the colors offered will include scarlet red, pearl white, indigo blue, blue jean, sweet pink, gram gold, and lemon green. Some of those sound good enough to eat — except the denim one.
